Karen Osachoff advises clients on Aboriginal and Treaty rights as well as governance and employment issues, and has represented clients at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the BC Supreme Court, and administrative tribunals. She received her J.D. from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Arts from Simon Fraser University. She has worked for the firm since 2011, with a two-year period at an Indigenous Child Wellness Agency. Karen is Cree and Saulteaux from the Pasqua First Nation.
