About Steven
Steven Parker is an associate at Roper Greyell practising in all areas of workplace law with a particular interest in labour law, litigation, and human rights matters. He joined the firm as a summer student and completed his articles there, preparing for arbitration hearings and drafting Labour Relations Board submissions. He brings over 10 years of construction industry experience from his family's mechanical contracting company, and during law school competed in the BC Law Schools Moot, receiving the highest individual oral advocacy score. He holds a BA (Hons.) with distinction from Simon Fraser University and a JD from Thompson Rivers University, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2025.
