About Steven

Steven founded Bezaire & Associates and has practiced almost exclusively in civil litigation since he was called to the Ontario bar in February 1994. He earned his LL.B. from the University of Windsor in 1992, after a B.A. in English there in 1989, and later added an MBA from the University of Fredericton and began an LL.M. in Health Law at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University. His early career defending insurance companies gave him insight into how insurers evaluate and limit claims, which now informs his work representing injured plaintiffs. He serves on the board of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and focuses his practice on personal injury and civil litigation matters.
