Samuel Mossman is a Windsor lawyer with more than 40 years of experience running a solo practice under the Law Office of Samuel A. Mossman. His practice covers personal injury law, with a particular focus on medical malpractice, along with sexual assault and abuse claims, family law and divorce (including the valuation of corporate, business, and personal assets), estate litigation, employment and wrongful dismissal litigation, and insurance and commercial litigation claims. He trained as a mediator in the mid-1990s and has participated in hundreds of mediations, either as a mediator or on behalf of a party, and has been counsel in several precedent-setting cases in personal injury litigation and family law. He has conducted trials at every level of court in Ontario, before administrative tribunals, and has argued appeals in the Divisional Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal.
