About Beth

Beth Gearing is a business lawyer with senior-level experience advising executive management across industries including real estate, hotels and hospitality, pharmaceutical, retail, manufacturing, and IT. She served as Vice President, Legal and Privacy Officer at Delta Hotels and Resorts, where she negotiated a wide range of commercial agreements and worked closely with the CEO, senior management, and the board of directors on strategic and operational matters. She spent more than 20 years at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, where she was a partner, before moving into her current role providing flexible corporate-commercial legal advice to businesses, particularly those without in-house counsel.
