About Jeff

Jeff Jakel has practised law since 2005, focusing on general litigation, construction disputes and builders' liens, and real estate development, working with clients ranging from individuals to some of the region's largest land developers. Jeff has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia, including Small Claims Court, Supreme Court, and the Court of Appeal, and favours a respectful, negotiation-first approach that escalates when needed. In the community, Jeff has served on the Chris Rose Therapy Centre for Autism Foundation Board and has coached their sons' soccer and hockey teams for many years.
