About Sterling

Sterling Hein is a partner at Bell Alliance LLP practising business law, working with clients on incorporating and restructuring companies, business succession planning, and commercial contracts. Sterling earned an undergraduate degree at UBC and a law degree at Bond University in Australia, and is called to the British Columbia and Alberta bars, joining Bell Alliance in 2011. Sterling's work includes drafting and settling family trusts, LLP agreements, and shareholder agreements, and helping clients buy and sell businesses.
