About Stephen
Stephen Bernstein is the founding partner and lead lawyer of Bernstein Law Group and has practised law for over 30 years. He's an experienced criminal defence lawyer who also specializes in mental health law, and he sits on the Consent and Capacity Board legal aid panel. He earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Queen's University in 1977 and is a graduate of Queen's University Faculty of Law, and he articled in Hamilton.
