About Stephen
Stephen Beernaert is an associate at MMJS with a business law and litigation practice, focusing on real estate, corporate commercial matters, estates, labour and employment, and civil litigation. He has appeared before various levels of court, including the Alberta Court of Appeal and the Federal Court of Appeal, as well as before administrative tribunals including human rights commissions, grievance arbitration boards, the Alberta Labour Relations Board, and adjudicators under the Canada Labour Code. Beernaert has been a member of the Alberta Bar since 2009 and the Manitoba Bar since 2014.
