About Stephanie

Stephanie Wong's practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions and real estate development, including acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing. She works with developers at every stage of the development process, advising on land assembly, subdivision, rezoning, permitting and strata property matters, and assists clients with regulatory and compliance matters including the Real Estate Development Marketing Act. Before joining Boughton Law she practiced in the commercial real estate group at a leading regional Vancouver law firm.
