About Stacy
Stacy M. MacCormac is a lawyer and senior counsel with more than 20 years of experience, focusing exclusively on family law in Cobourg and across Ontario. She completed a Bachelor of Arts in political science at the University of Toronto, Erindale in 1992, worked for a decade in the corporate sector, and then earned her LL.B. from Queen's University in 2002. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2003. She is a senior litigator with trial and appeals court experience and served as past president of the Northumberland County Law Association from 2013 to 2015. She belongs to the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts and published an article on court counsel for self-represented litigants in Law Times Magazine in 2016.
