About Simone
Simone is a Vancouver-based litigator whose work covers commercial and corporate disputes along with class action defence. Penney has represented clients before every level of court in British Columbia in matters spanning contract, partnership, property and professional liability disputes. Penney completed a law degree at the Allard School of Law and an undergraduate degree in International Studies at Simon Fraser University. Simone began a legal career articling and practising at a boutique litigation firm in Vancouver before joining Osler.
