About Simon

Simon is an employment lawyer who started Kent Employment Law in 2002 and does not practise family law himself. He co-founded Connect Family Law with Leisha Murphy in 2015 after they discovered a shared interest in building a family law firm focused on minimizing harm to families going through separation, informed partly by his own decade-long high-conflict divorce. At Connect, his role is on the business side, helping run the firm's operations across its multiple locations.
