About Shreeya

Shreeya Devnani is an associate at Fenton Law Barristers, practicing criminal law, regulatory defence, and constitutional law. Before joining the firm she articled at a criminal law firm in downtown Toronto. She earned her JD at the Lincoln Alexander School of Law at Toronto Metropolitan University in 2023, where she served as President of the Criminal Law Student Society and Vice President of the South Asian Law Students' Association, and worked as a research assistant for her Academic Dean on criminal law policy. She holds a BA from the University of Western Ontario with a major in criminology and a minor in women's studies, and belongs to the Criminal Lawyers' Association, the Advocates' Society, and Women in Canadian Criminal Defence.
