About Sheri

Sheri Spunt is a founding partner of Spunt & Carin. Before starting her own practice, she worked in the litigation department of a large Montreal firm and completed her articling at a Montreal family law firm, where she developed her interest in the area. In 2011 she practised at a well-known family law boutique in Toronto before returning to Montreal to work at a civil litigation and family law firm. She has appeared before the Court of Quebec, the Superior Court, and the Court of Appeal on matters including child custody, parental alienation, spousal support, cases involving the Director of Youth Protection, international family law, divorce, and estate successions. Spunt has practised both civil law in Quebec and common law in Ontario.
