About Shannon
Shannon L. Lobb has practiced with the firm since 2014, focusing on wills and estates, trusts, and residential real estate. She develops customized estate plans and helps executors administer estates, with particular experience in will drafting, including for beneficiaries with special needs, as well as matters such as first dealings exemptions and survivorship applications. She also provides notary services. Before practicing in Uxbridge, Shannon worked as a litigator at a high-profile downtown Toronto firm, and her litigation background now informs a practice that is strictly solicitor-focused. She earned her law degree from the University of Windsor and her undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1998.
