About Sean
Sean Hicks provides business law services to corporate, commercial and business clients, covering finance and business restructuring, and also specializes in Entertainment Law drawing on his prior experience in the Manitoba film and television industry. He was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2007 after earning his LL.B. and B.A. from the University of Manitoba. Sean previously served as a director of the Winnipeg Film Group and Theatre Projects Manitoba, and was selected for The Best Lawyers™ in Canada in Corporate Law since 2024.
