About Sean

Sean Curran practises in commercial transactions, mortgage financing, leasing, and development matters, acting for both lenders and borrowers, including transactions involving First Nations lands. He advises buyers and sellers of real estate and has extensive experience with condominium project development and administration. Early in his career he practised as a commercial and insurance litigator, an experience that continues to inform his approach to structuring deals for clients.
