About Sean

Sean Rimoin joined Devry Smith Frank LLP in 2014 and now leads the firm's commercial lending group. He regularly represents and counsels Canadian chartered banks, non-bank lenders, and borrowers on secured and unsecured lending matters. His commercial lending work spans single-lender financings, acquisition financings, syndicated loan deals, and financing for real estate and construction projects. He was called to the bar in 2002 and studied at Concordia University and Osgoode Hall Law School. Sean has built a wide network of finance, legal, and industry contacts and often connects people to create opportunities for his clients.
