About Sara

In 2024, Sara Omer became an associate at Taerk Family Law. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and earned her law degree from the University of Windsor; after being called to the Ontario bar, she has concentrated her practice entirely on family law. Sara handles the full spectrum of family law issues, including spousal support, child support, property division, and parenting disputes, and has represented clients before both the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice. She works to find creative, practical solutions tailored to each client's circumstances and aims to resolve conflicts efficiently while easing stress for those she represents.
