About Scott

Scott McMahon is a partner in O'Flynn Weese LLP's litigation group, appearing regularly before the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, and the Ontario Court of Appeal. His civil litigation practice covers estate litigation, employment law, insurance law, and commercial disputes. McMahon earned his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2007 and his undergraduate degree from Trent University, where he worked on the first self-government and land-claim resolution in the school's Aboriginal Law program.
