About Mark

Mark Pedersen is a partner in O'Flynn Weese LLP's litigation group, handling civil, small claims, and administrative disputes. He worked as a land-use planner for a local municipality before attending law school, and holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning as well as a J.D. from Queen's University, where he won awards in property law and real estate transactions. Pedersen remains a non-practising member of the Ontario Professional Planners Institute and was born and raised in Tweed.
