About S.

Daniel Baldwin practises across insurance defence, subrogation, construction, employment, and family law litigation at Baldwin Law. He began his career as a summer student at the firm, spent two seasons at a Toronto-based employment law boutique, and then returned to Belleville. His background in home renovation and construction gives him practical insight into clients' legal interests in those industries, and his volunteer work in the health services sector informs his insurance-related practice. He holds a J.D. from Queen's University (2013) and a B.A. in Health Sciences from the University of Western Ontario (2009), and is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Hastings Law Association.
