About Scott

Scott Marshall is the co-founder of Wilson Marshall, with more than five decades of legal experience guiding multi-generational family businesses through succession plans and assisting local small businesses with expansion. He led the development of multi-phase strata development plans, including financing, commercial lease negotiation, and zoning compliance, and worked as a litigator for 35 years before shifting to a solicitor's practice focused on cost-effective solutions. He earned his LLB from the University of British Columbia in 1972 and was called to the bar in May 1973, and taught business law at Camosun College from 1979 to 1983, serving six years on the college's Board of Governors. He is now a retired member of the Law Society of British Columbia.
