About Scott
Scott Maclean co-founded Cassan Maclean, an Ottawa intellectual property firm. He and fellow founder Lynn Cassan bring more than 60 years of combined experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications in electronics, communications, and biotechnology. Maclean was among the first agents in Canada to gain experience preparing and prosecuting Plant Breeder's Rights applications.
