About Sarah
Sarah Sharp is an associate in Osler's Real Estate department. Her practice spans commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, co-ownership, leasing and development, across asset classes such as office, industrial, multi-family and seniors housing, as well as vacant and mixed-use properties. Sarah advises clients with national portfolios and cross-border clients, including REITs, pension funds, private equity funds and asset managers, and regularly works on secured financings such as syndicated facilities, mortgage financing and construction loans. She also provides real estate advice on corporate reorganizations and insolvency and restructuring matters.
