About Sarah

Sarah Miller has exclusively practised family law in British Columbia since 2016, with extensive experience representing clients in the BC Provincial Court, BC Supreme Court, mediation, and arbitration. She aims to ensure clients feel heard and understood, to empower them with knowledge of their legal rights, and to encourage practical, cost-effective, and amicable solutions. Sarah currently practises remotely and offers a minimum 25% discount on her hourly rate to reflect that, along with a flat rate of $99 for 30-minute consultations by telephone, Zoom, MS Teams, FaceTime, or WhatsApp.
