About Sarah

Sarah Hanks Valdez is a barrister and solicitor at Loberg Ector LLP with an interest in civil litigation. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky, where she completed an honours program in social entrepreneurship studying management and marketing. As an articling student, Sarah worked on matters involving civil fraud, employment, franchise disputes, debt actions, and police disciplinary proceedings. She volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada during law school and competed in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna, Austria, which fostered her interest in commercial arbitration.
