About Sarah

Sarah Bowden is a partner at Foreman & Company, where she focuses on class actions relating to price-fixing and other competition law disputes, financial services and securities, consumer law violations, intellectual property, and product liability litigation. She has experience across the full class action process, including case development, investigations, strategic drafting, motions, examinations for discovery, alternative dispute resolution, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation, and has acted as counsel in two class action trials and their appeals. Bowden earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario before being called to the bar in 2009.
