Jonathan Foreman is the founder and a partner at Foreman & Company, a boutique class actions firm in London, Ontario. He focuses on plaintiff-side class actions on behalf of consumers, investors, insurance policyholders, employees, retirees, musicians, and businesses of all sizes. Foreman has acted as counsel in two lengthy class action trials against major Canadian life insurers, along with their subsequent appeals, and appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada in Godfrey v. Pioneer on behalf of the Consumers' Council of Canada in a price-fixing appeal. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English from the University of Western Ontario, and completed the Emerging Leaders in Law Firms program at Harvard Law School. Foreman has served as an adjunct professor at Western University teaching class actions to JD students, and is a frequent media commentator, having been interviewed by CBC Marketplace, CTV W5, the Globe and Mail, the National Post, and the Toronto Star.
