About Sandra
Sandra Shlah joined Roulston Urquhart Criminal Defence in November 2023 while completing her National Committee on Accreditation examinations and was called to the bar on May 1, 2026. She has worked on criminal matters including sexual assault, manslaughter, child pornography, sexual interference, and domestic violence. She earned a Bachelor of Science with Distinction in Psychology from the University of Calgary in 2019 and a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from Queen Mary University of London in 2023. Before pursuing law she worked at Hull Services, a residential facility supporting children and youth with fetal alcohol spectrum disorder, autism, and complex mental health needs.
