About Samuel

Samuel Nadeau earned his law degree from Université de Sherbrooke in 2015 and was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 2017. He joined Forseti in 2021 after working at a major regional litigation firm handling civil and commercial disputes. His practice emphasizes real estate, shareholder disputes, insolvency, extraordinary remedies, and tort liability. He co-authored a Supreme Court memorandum in Ponce c. Société d'investissements Rhéaume Ltée (2023 CSC 25), and his notable representations include defending a developer in a shareholder dispute over the Square Candiac project. He is involved with the Jeune Barreau de Montréal and the Canadian Bar Association.
