About Samuel

Samuel Bergerman practices real estate, corporate commercial law, and estate planning, and describes his approach as focused on plain language, document automation, and flat fees so clients can anticipate costs. After graduating from the University of Saskatchewan College of Law and articling with a large Saskatoon firm, he practiced for several years in Langenburg, Saskatchewan, focusing on banking, agricultural property, and municipal law. He later served as Director of Bar Admissions for the Law Society of Saskatchewan before returning to private practice at the end of 2013. He has served clients ranging from banks and credit unions to municipalities, farm operations, and individuals, and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Saskatoon Bar Association.
