About Sam

Sam Brach is a partner at KMB Law, working within the firm's corporate and commercial law and banking and financial services groups. His business practice spans incorporations, partnerships, and the purchase and sale of assets and shares, along with corporate reorganizations and negotiating contracts for small and mid-sized companies. On the financing side, he handles commercial real estate deals and secured lending, advising banks, private lenders and borrowers on debt transactions including asset-based lending. Sam earned his LLB from the University of Manchester in 2011 and a BA (Hons.) from McMaster University in 2008, and he was called to the Ontario bar in 2015. He speaks English and Punjabi. Before entering law, he worked for several years in the logistics industry.
