About Saeid

Saeid Rafieian founded Raf Law Corporation after training first in electrical engineering and then transitioning into law. He earned a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology in Tehran before completing his Juris Doctor at the University of British Columbia's Peter A. Allard School of Law, where he won the Faculty of Law International Tuition Award in two consecutive years. He practised at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP in Vancouver and Calgary, working on complex commercial litigation and arbitration for major corporate clients in disputes over breach of contract, fiduciary duty and construction claims. Saeid is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Law Society of Alberta, the Canadian Bar Association, the Vancouver Bar Association and the Advocates' Society. His practice at Raf Law Corporation focuses on commercial litigation, business law, immigration litigation and employment disputes, and he offers consultations in English and Farsi.
