About Sacha
Sacha Duckworth practises primarily in driving offences at Steele Law, including Immediate Roadside Prohibitions, Administrative Driving Prohibitions, driving prohibitions, traffic violations, and impaired and dangerous driving. She has represented clients in IRP hearings before Road Safety BC, argued judicial reviews of IRP cases in the BC Supreme Court and BC Court of Appeal, and brought constitutional challenges to the IRP legislation, including an appearance in the Supreme Court of Canada on a collaborative challenge to the original legislation.
