About Sacha

Sacha Duckworth is a British Columbia criminal defence lawyer and the founder of 4D Law, focusing on Immediate Roadside Prohibition (IRP) cases, impaired driving, and other driving-related offences. She has argued high-profile IRP cases before the BC Supreme Court and the BC Court of Appeal, and played a role in constitutional challenges to IRP legislation, including an appearance before the Supreme Court of Canada where the original IRP legislation was struck down as unconstitutional. Before founding 4D Law, she served as Senior Trial Counsel at Steele Law Corporation, handling administrative, constitutional, and criminal defence matters.
