About Craig

Craig Alcock is a partner at Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer LLP practicing commercial litigation, energy litigation, and construction litigation. He has argued matters ranging from shareholder disputes and injunctions to complex commercial claims before courts in Alberta and British Columbia, as well as in private arbitrations. Craig also advises clients in the oil and gas sector on operating agreement and royalty disputes, and defends employers against Occupational Health and Safety Act and environmental prosecutions. He served in the Canadian military with the Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry from 1997 to 2007, including tours in Bosnia and Afghanistan.
