About Carly
Carly Baker is an associate at Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer LLP practicing employment and labour law and litigation. Carly advises clients on collective bargaining, labour board proceedings, terminations, restrictive covenants, and occupational health and safety complaints, and represents them in grievance arbitrations and employment litigation before Alberta and Saskatchewan courts and labour boards.
