Russell Bennett is a sole practitioner who works with J. de Whytell Law as co-counsel. He holds a B.Sc. and an LL.B. and was called to the bar in 1997. He founded Cannabis Law, Barristers & Solicitors, and his practice covers litigation, regulatory matters, licence applications, employment law, intellectual property, land use planning, and partner and shareholder disputes, along with prior work in bankruptcy and insolvency.
