About Soica & Associates

Soica & Associates is a Toronto family law firm with two offices in the city, one downtown at 10 Lower Spadina Avenue and one in the Roncesvalles neighbourhood at 25 Morrow Ave. Founder Roxana Soica holds a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Business Administration with high distinction from the University of Toronto, and worked earlier in financial auditing at Ernst & Young LLP before moving into family law. Soica has over a decade of court, mediation, and negotiation experience in family law, and is a Certified Collaborative Family Lawyer, a Legal Aid Ontario panel lawyer for family law, and a Notary Public for the Province of Ontario.

The firm now includes four family law lawyers whose combined languages cover English, Romanian, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Kannada, and Telugu, and the team also includes a Spanish-speaking legal assistant. The firm publishes a Romanian-language version of its site aimed at Romanian-speaking clients. Practice areas span divorce and separation, child custody and support, spousal support, property division, common law relationships, domestic violence matters, grandparents' rights, and related wills and estate planning. Alongside court representation, the firm offers alternatives such as mediation, arbitration, and collaborative family law to clients across Toronto and surrounding municipalities.
