About Rosie

Rosie Schlagintweit is a lawyer and investigator with a practice focused on professional discipline, labour, and workplace investigations, advising and representing employers, unions, and professionals in disciplinary and regulatory matters. Earlier in her career she practised employment and civil litigation before the Supreme and Provincial Courts of British Columbia and various administrative tribunals, beginning at a large national firm in Vancouver before joining a boutique employment, human rights, and labour law firm. She has worked with Anita K. Atwal since 2019 and joined Anita Atwal Law in 2022, shortly after it was founded. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at the University of British Columbia, where she played on the women's varsity volleyball team, and completed her law degree at the University of Alberta.
