About Rosemary

Rosemary A. Fisher is a partner and experienced trial lawyer practising commercial litigation and bankruptcy and insolvency. She advises banks, businesses, debtors, creditors, and trustees on proceedings under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and related legislation, and she has estate litigation experience. She earned her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1989 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1991.
