Rory ffrench is a partner and co-leader of the Corporate & Commercial group at Blakes in Toronto. He specializes in complex multi-jurisdictional mergers and acquisitions, investments and strategic transactions in highly regulated fields. He advises private equity and financial sponsors across health care, financial services, agribusiness, food and beverage, manufacturing, infrastructure and technology. He's a CPA, taught contractual remedies at Osgoode Hall Law School from 2016 to 2020, and is a director of the Children's Hospital Foundation of Manitoba.
