Roger Paradis was called to the Barreau du Québec in 1980. He holds a licence en droit (1979) and a bachelor of arts (1976), both from the University of Ottawa. A founder of the firm, he practised as a generalist throughout his career and now serves as counsel (avocat-conseil), maintaining an active real estate law practice. From 1989 to 2016 he was also involved in the health sector, including as chair of the board of the CLSC des Draveurs and vice-chair of the Fondation Santé Gatineau.
