About Roger

Roger Greenwood is a retired partner of RDM Lawyers who focused on business law and gained extensive experience in corporate, commercial and commercial lending transactions, acting mainly for business and institutional lenders. Born in England, he moved to Montreal at age 11 and to British Columbia at 16. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in 1974, a Teachers' Certificate in 1976, and his Bachelor of Laws in 1979, all from the University of British Columbia. Greenwood joined RDM in 1980, was a partner from 1986 to 2014, and remained with the firm until retiring from law in 2017.
