About Robyn

Robyn L. Elliott, K.C. founded Elliott Law Inc. in 2010 after many years in private practice with other lawyers, and practises primarily family law, advising clients on separation and divorce, parenting, child support, property division, spousal support and marriage or cohabitation contracts. She was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 1992 and received her King's Counsel designation in 2014. Robyn is a past president of the Canadian Bar Association (Nova Scotia), a past chair of its National Family Law Section, and one of four founding lawyers of the Association of Collaborative Family Law Lawyers (Nova Scotia). She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Saint Mary's University and a Bachelor of Laws from Dalhousie University, and received the CBA's 2015 Nova Scotia Distinguished Service Award.
