About Bill

Bill Vasilios Voyatzis practises corporate, commercial, and real estate law. Before joining Dunton Rainville, Voyatzis was a partner at a firm focused on corporate, commercial, and real estate law, where Voyatzis began a legal career. Voyatzis frequently advises on commercial transactions, conducts pre-transaction due diligence, and drafts and negotiates agreements in both French and English. Voyatzis handles the acquisition and sale of companies, the transfer of assets and businesses, franchise agreements, and the preparation of licensing, distribution, and conventional financing agreements. Voyatzis also works on corporate reorganizations and restructurings, and on the drafting of commercial leases and commercial real estate transactions. Voyatzis was called to the Barreau du Québec in 2000.
