About Robert

Robert W. Hladun, K.C., founded Hladun & Company in 1978 and holds a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Alberta. He was called to the bar in Alberta in 1974 and in Saskatchewan in 1982. He was federally appointed Queen's Counsel in 1992 and served as Honorary Consul of the Dominican Republic in Alberta beginning in 1989. He has appeared before courts in Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, Ontario, Nova Scotia, the Northwest Territories, and the Yukon, as well as the Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada, and has provided legal consultation in numerous countries internationally.
