About Robert

Robert Tomek is a partner at Pearsall Marshall LLP with nearly twenty-five years of experience practising almost exclusively in wills, estates, and estate administration. He earned his B.A. (1995), B.Ed. (1997), and LL.B. (2000) from the University of Windsor and was admitted to the Ontario bar in 2002. He is a past president of the board of directors for Community Living Essex County, where he has served since 2012, and was an associate instructor in real property at the University of Windsor's law school from 2020 to 2021. He belongs to the Law Society of Ontario and the Essex Law Association.
